Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 1, 2026

Airtrek Robotics, Inc. (“Airtrek,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at airtrekrobotics.com (the “Site”), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. This Site is an informational marketing website for our autonomous aircraft-protection robotics. We do not offer user accounts, payments, or e-commerce through this Site.

Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to respond to you and to understand how our Site is used:

  • Information you provide through our contact form. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, organization, job title, the inquiry type you select, and any message you choose to include.
  • Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, certain technical information is collected automatically, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring pages. This is collected through the analytics providers described below.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we do not direct our Site to children under 13.

How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your inquiries and communicate with you about your request.
  • To send you a confirmation that we received your message.
  • To understand and improve how visitors use our Site.
  • To protect the Site against spam, abuse, and security threats.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Third-Party Services We Use

We use a small number of trusted third-party service providers (“processors”) that handle data on our behalf. We do not control their independent privacy practices, so we link to their policies:

  • Resend — delivers the email generated when you submit our contact form. Resend Privacy Policy
  • Vercel — hosts our Site and provides privacy-friendly Web Analytics that does not use third-party cookies. Vercel Privacy Policy
  • Google Analytics — if enabled, helps us understand Site usage and sets cookies in your browser. Google Privacy Policy

Cookies and Analytics

Vercel Web Analytics identifies visitors using a temporary hash of the incoming request, which is discarded within 24 hours, and does not set third-party cookies. If Google Analytics is enabled, it sets cookies to measure usage. Where required by law (for example, for visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), we will request your consent before any non-essential analytics cookies are set. You can also control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies will not affect your ability to use the Site.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep contact-form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of our communications, and then for a reasonable period afterward for business and legal purposes. Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of the analytics providers above. You may ask us to delete your information at any time (see “Your Rights”).

How We Protect Your Information

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you share with us, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information. We honor these rights for all visitors regardless of location:

  • The right to know what personal information we hold about you.
  • The right to request access to or a copy of that information.
  • The right to request correction of inaccurate information.
  • The right to request deletion of your information.
  • The right to opt out of analytics tracking.
  • The right to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): We do not sell or share your personal information, so no “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” action is required. You may still exercise the rights above.

EEA/UK residents (GDPR): Our legal bases for processing are your consent (for analytics cookies where applicable) and our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiries and securing our Site. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at contact@airtrekrobotics.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
